By placing an order with Heaux Boutique, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1β5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during a promotional period.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
During sales, holidays, new drops, or high-volume order periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with care.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, and service selected at checkout.
Once your order leaves our facility, shipping time is controlled by the shipping carrier. Heaux Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, holidays, incorrect routing, missed scans, or other delays outside of our control.
Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Heaux Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address entered by the customer at checkout.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Missing apartment, suite, or unit number

Incorrect city, state, or ZIP code

Old address

Incorrect name

Unverified or invalid address
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at kaym6630@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot make changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the order reshipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Heaux Boutique is no longer responsible for the package while it is in transit.
We are not responsible for packages that are:

Lost by the carrier

Stolen after delivery

Marked as delivered but not received

Delayed by the carrier

Delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

Damaged during carrier handling

Held at the post office or carrier facility
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We recommend checking with neighbors, your leasing office, front desk, mailroom, household members, or local post office before contacting us.
Heaux Boutique is not responsible for replacing or refunding packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Please allow up to 24β72 hours for tracking updates to appear after your tracking number is created. Sometimes the carrier may delay scanning the package, but that does not always mean your order has not shipped.
If your tracking has not updated after several business days, please contact the carrier first for the most accurate information.
Returned Packages
If your package is returned to Heaux Boutique due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or being unclaimed, we will contact you once the package is received back.
The customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the customer chooses not to have the package reshipped, store credit may be issued for eligible items only, minus any shipping costs.
Order Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive the wrong item or your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kaym6630@gmail.com.

Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Multiple Item Orders
If you order multiple items, your items may ship together or separately depending on availability, vendor processing, or fulfillment location.
If your order arrives in separate packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Pre-Orders and Special Orders
If an item is listed as a pre-order or special order, the estimated shipping date will be listed on the product page or communicated after purchase.
Pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may change due to vendor delays, production delays, or carrier delays.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you understand that the item will ship at a later date.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped.
If a package is returned due to customer error, the customer is responsible for paying any additional shipping fees.
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping may be limited or unavailable unless stated at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
Heaux Boutique is not responsible for customs delays, import fees, or international carrier delays.
