Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Heaux Boutique. Please review our return policy before placing your order.

Returns

We offer returns for store credit only. We do not offer refunds back to the original payment method.

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • Free of stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or damage

  • With all tags attached

  • In the original packaging

You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Store Credit Only

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return has been approved.

If approved, you will receive store credit that can be used toward a future purchase.

We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at kaym6630@gmail.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Lip gloss

  • Beauty products

  • Personal care items

  • Accessories

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Worn or used items

  • Items without tags or original packaging

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get a new size, color, or item is to return your eligible item for store credit and place a new order once your return is approved.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
