Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Heaux Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer at checkout.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Shipping and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to update.

Once a package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, Heaux Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered.

If your tracking says delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Returns

We offer returns for store credit only on eligible items.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
